Delete your entire account (in-app)

You can permanently delete your Muscle Memory account and all associated data from inside the app at any time:

Open Muscle Memory on your Android device.
Tap the Settings tab.
Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
Confirm the deletion prompt.

Your account and all associated data listed below are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Request deletion by email (if you can't access the app)

If you no longer have Muscle Memory installed, email NimbJuandre@gmail.com from the address you used to sign in with Google, with the subject line "Muscle Memory account deletion request". We will delete your account and confirm within 7 days.

Delete individual data without closing your account

You don't need to delete your entire account to remove specific data:

Workout sessions — open the History tab, tap a session, tap Delete.
Saved plans — open the Plans tab, tap a plan, tap Delete plan.
Custom exercises — remove them from the exercise picker.
Program enrollments — open Programs and tap End program.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following are permanently removed:

Your account (Google Sign-In identity linked to Muscle Memory)
All workout sessions and exercise history
All saved and shared workout plans, plan likes, and plan usage records
Custom exercises you created
Program enrollments and progression state
Theme, unit, and other preferences
Analytics events and crash reports tied to your user ID

What is retained (and for how long)

Anonymised aggregate counters (e.g. total number of times a public plan was used) may remain, but they contain no personally identifying information and cannot be traced back to you.
Purchase records held by Google Play and RevenueCat are retained by those services under their own policies, which we cannot delete on your behalf. See Google Play's and RevenueCat's privacy policies for their retention terms.
Backups. Encrypted database backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 days before rolling over, after which the data is unrecoverable.
